If you wish to register a domain name to make sure that nobody else will take it, but you have not created the site for it yet, you may park it. It's a service that registrar companies provide whenever a domain address isn't connected to any web or e mail hosting service. This way, you are able to protect a brand name, for example, and you'll own the domain name in question even though it won't open any content. If you want, you can select some standard template that the registrar provides, like For Sale or Under Construction, or you can forward the domain name to a new web address. The second option is very helpful in case you own a few domain names, but you want each and every one of them to open the same site. For instance, you may register domain.net and domain.org, then park them and forward them to domain.com. In this example, you're going to need hosting for the third domain name only and the traffic to the other ones will be redirected to it.
Parked Domains in Shared Hosting
You are going to be able to park as many domain addresses as you want with any of the shared hosting packages that we provide. Naturally, this feature is available just for domain addresses registered here as the service is always provided only by the registrar. Unlike the majority of service providers, we do not charge anything extra for parking a domain and the process is going to take only a couple of mouse clicks in your Hepsia Control Panel. We've got a few parking templates to pick from where you can include custom text. If you decide to host a parked domain address in the future, adding it to your account will take simply a mouse click. Everything needed for your website to start showing up, like creating a domain folder and setting up DNS records is going to be done automatically by us. The feature-rich Domain Manager tool will allow you to see a full list of the domain addresses that you have registered using us and you can set a filter to view just the parked or just the hosted ones.
Parked Domains in Semi-dedicated Servers
Our Linux semi-dedicated servers don't have a restriction for the amount of domains that you could park. This feature is available for domains that are registered through our company and not ones that are only hosted, because the service is always provided only by the registrar. Parking any of your domains is really basic and takes a few clicks with the feature-rich Domain Manager software tool, which you’ll be able to access through your Hepsia web hosting Control Panel. You'll have a number of parking templates to choose from and you can add custom text to each of them - Under Construction, Parked Domain, For Sale, etcetera. Un-parking a domain address is just as simple and what is more, our system is going to set up all the required records and it'll create a folder inside the File Manager section automatically, so you'll not need to do anything manually.
