With our Managed Services package, we’ll take care of this on your behalf. Your VPS server will be included in a custom–developed monitoring system and every single time there is a trace of a problem, our server admins will be warned automatically.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of all your data is mandatory – one never knows when something could go wrong. And with our Managed Services deal, you can enjoy weekly backups of your whole VPS, not only of your data, without you needing to set up and configure anything. Furthermore all the backup copies are held on a server with a group of RAID–configured hard disk drives. In other words, your hosted content will always be safe and sound, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server offers you a practically endless number of possibilities, you will often have to install additional software applications. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can help you out. It is an integral part of our Managed Services deal, which permits you to demand any of our senior server administrators to install and set up any software and to solve any problem that you are experiencing with your VPS.

Our Managed Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. It’s an extra for our KVM VPS Plans.
